Lorain County Workforce Development Agency (WDA)
Liaison to the WIB and the Youth Council, executes and monitors contracts for adults, dislocated workers and youth under Title I Workforce Investment Act funding and provides intake, assessment and referral to youth services.

Lorain County Workforce Investment Board (WIB)
Works in partnership with the Board of Commissioners to establish policies and oversee the workforce development and one-stop system and Title I program delivery in Lorain County. 

Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS)
